Our company’s main function is to provide a fully inclusive comprehensive service
To provide suitable tenants who can well afford your property and who will look after it, we will manage and supervise all aspects of the tenancy to include: references, agreements, notices (legal or otherwise), payment collections, advertising, stationery, maintenance, breakdowns and replacement tenants when required. Also to advise, consult and agree with the owner all aspects of the preparation, valuation and suitability of each property.
We are a 100% Letting & Management Company void from the distraction of other interests to remain focused on the job in hand. We have gained a wealth of experience, technology and expertise from our office in Keynsham to form a platform that will provide you with the very best service in order to fulfil your requirements. Our full management system is designed to release you from the pressures of management and the responsibilities of legislation that is becoming ever more apparent.
We have managed to maintain our management services at a cost that is more than competitive, fully inclusive, and devoid of small print document costs and add-on’s.
Our endeavour is to match suitable tenants to suitable properties, on average our properties are reserved within 10 days of advertising and your investment will then begin to bear fruit.
